By accessing or using Blade of Eternity (“the Game”), operated by Noizu Labs, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Game available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any loss of progress or data resulting from downtime.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noizu Labs, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
